MySpine in healthcare institutions

MySpine is an application that guides patients toward proactive recovery after lumbar or cervical spine surgery, with detailed and continuous monitoring by a physician.

How it helps doctors: Patients can often be passive when it comes to recovery, expecting that a doctor’s visit and a few pills will solve all problems. However, recovery after spine surgery is a process that requires full involvement from both the patient and the doctor.

MySpine was created based on personal experience, in collaboration with physiatrists, physiotherapists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons. By guiding the patient through daily recovery, it eases the doctor’s workload and helps make recovery more successful and quicker.

The expert medical team and collaborators of the MySpine application are:

  • Ivan Koprek, MD, neurosurgery specialist
  • prim. Dr. sc. Nenad Kudelić
  • Petra Rok, M.Sc. physiotherapist, and her colleagues from the Lumbalis clinic

Patient data, scar images, documents, and medical history are available to the doctor for review in the form of an interactive report. Additionally, it is possible to monitor the execution of prescribed medical exercises, the levels and specifics of pain, all through the mentioned interactive report. The interactive report is available only to the selected doctor, and based on the detailed information it contains, it is easier to plan therapy and further activities.
